| In 2012 the Parish Council undertook a pilot scheme to create a Minimum Standards Charter for Members. Under the localism agenda the Parish Council's remit is growing and as a result Members are required to broaden their knowledge base and understanding of local democracy to face their increasingly professional role within the community.
