Hartley Wintney Supports the Greening Campaign.

There are 26 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC’s) across the County. These sites are operated by Hampshire County Council. Hartley Wintney's HWRC is located in Springwell Lane, just off the A30 at Hartfordbridge. Call 01252 845312 for details of accepted materials.

The opening times for Springwell Lane, Hartley Wintney, are as follows:

1st March - 31st March: 08:00 - 17:00
1st April - 30th September: 0800 - 1900
1st October - 28th February: 0800 - 1600
The site is closed on the 25th and 26th of December
