There will be a meeting of Hartley Wintney Parish Council at 7:20pm on Monday 6th September 2010 in the Lady Kaye Room (situated next to the Appleton Hall), Victoria Hall, West Green Road. This will commence with ‘Open Forum’.

2002   OPEN FORUM

            This ten minute session is an opportunity for parishioners to bring matters to the attention of the Parish Council. Each speaker will be                 limited to two minutes.

 

2003   CHAIRMAN’S ANNOUNCEMENTS

               An opportunity for the meeting Chairman to bring to the attention of members matters which do not require discussion

 

2004   APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

               To receive and record apologies for absence from Parish Councillors and Ward members

 

2005   DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

               Declarations by members of any personal prejudicial or non prejudicial interests of any agenda item.

 

2006   APPROVAL OF MINUTES

               To approve the minutes of the 2nd August Parish Council meeting *

 

2007   PARISH COUNCILLORS MATTERS

               An opportunity to bring matters to the attention of the meeting but upon which no substantive decision may be made

 

2008   STANDING ORDERS AND FINANCIAL REGULATIONS

               To approve the new standing orders and revised financial regulations as recommended by Policy Committee ( 23rd August)

 

2009   ST MARY’S BURIAL GROUND EXTENSION

               To authorise the Parish Council solicitor to proceed with the purchase of the land for the burial ground extension and to approve the sale      price of the land.

 

2010   ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

           To authorise the payment of specific regular payments by Standing Order and/or Direct Debit.*

 

2011   CHEQUE SCHEDULE

               To note the expenditure listed on the Schedule of Cheques for August *

 

2012   PLANNING APPLICATIONS.

           To consider current Planning Applications received.

              

2013   EVENTS REPORT.

           To table the monthly report from the Events Manager*

 

2014   CORRESPONDENCE.

               To consider correspondence received since 2nd August*

 

2015   WARD MEMBER’S REPORT

           An opportunity for Ward members to bring matters to the attention of the Parish Council

 

2016   DATES OF MEETINGS

               To agree dates of Standing Committee meetings for the coming month.
